As I commented, the rug I received was nothing like the photograph the colours were completely different it is dull and not the same quality as the one I already own. Customer service denied my comments and were very unhelpful. Bearing in mind to return the rug it will cost me £186 I obviously think that the company should pay for this not me. I am very unhappy with the service and the rug and will never buy another rug from you again or recommend anyone to purchase from you .
