The rug was delivered quickly although no tracking information from the courier - an agent of DX. The rug itself is true to the colour on the website and of good quality. Please be aware that the rug is tightly rolled with the inner cardboard tube no wider than that in kitchen roll. As such we had to roll it as tightly as we could in the opposite direction so it lay flat (ish). It still needs some time to "relax" and flatten completely.
