My experience with rug's direct was very positive. Lot's of rug's to chose from and a next day delivery! I was very happy with the colors are quality of the rug,it was just what I was looking for, only just put it down so only time will tell how well it wears. Delivery was not on the estimated time slot but did turn up a couple of hour's later on the right day.
