This is the second purchase I've made and I'm very pleased with the product but I think my order just slipped through the net. Whereas you've been excellent at confirming the order, confirming the delivery and delivering very quickly, this time there was no confirmation of delivery and I had to make an enquiry as to the status of the order. There was no reply at all other than from your delivery partner confirming when they would be delivering after I had chased a response. Rug arrived, looks lovely so alls well that ends well.

Sadly, the first rug we received had a flaw, insomuch it had been damaged as the stitching on one of the edges was coming loose. Spoke to Lewis at Rugs Direct, he was excellent, he arranged for the faulty rug to be collected and within a couple of days a replacement was delivered. Rugs Direct service couldn't be faulted.
